Non-Landed Gathering 2017

Come out and meet some travel club members.

On March 23-25, the non-landed clubs in the western part of our region are gathering for the second year to get together and enjoy one another's company at the Willamettan's, with their gracious support.  But even if you don't belong to one of these clubs, you are welcome to come and join the fun.   The domed swimming pool will be heated to around 88 degrees and the sauna and hot tub will be available.  All are open 24 hours a day.    To get reservations for accommodations, go to: https://willamettans.wildapricot.org/Accomodations   There are probably no rental accommodations (rooms, trailers, bunkies) left, but plenty of rv/tenting sites.

Friday, March 23

• Welcome in the Lodge 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Group game (Bullsh#t) hosted by Shirley of the Willies 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in lodge
• Karaoke in the Full Moon Saloon (dancing) 7:30 p.m. until ?

 
Saturday, March 24th

• Breakfast in Sunshine Café 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
• Local hike led by Willies member Steve at 9:00 a.m. at the lodge
• Water Volleyball 1:00 p.m. in pool
• Sunrover Meeting 2:00 p.m. in lodge
• Sunrover open wine/cheese/hors’doeuvres event 2:30 p.m. in lodge – all invited! BYOB and something to share!
• French Dance event taught by Patrick of the SLUGS - this is totally participatory - Dances: An Dro from Brittany,  Bourrée from Berry or Auvergne (There are 'Classical' even 'Ballet' styles. We'll do 'Village', suitable for 3 generations of a family to join.)  Dance off the Wine and Cheese - Work up an appetite 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in lodge  
• Dinner at the Café 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

• Leftovers (?) potluck 5:00 p.m. in lodge - farewell and thanks for all the food and fun!
