Non-Landed clubs weekend at The Willamettans - March 29 through 31, 2019.  This event is open to Willamettans members, non-club (associate) members, other landed club members and, of course, non-landed club members.   Updated schedule :

Friday, March 29

Welcome Travelers! Potluck in the Lodge 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. - Soup and bread, butter and ???  Thus far, we have a crock pot of Chicken Noodle soup and a crock pot of Pumpkin Harvest Bisque as well as a crock pot of Black Bean Taco soup promised.  Coming Friday afternoon/evening and able to add something?  Let us know what it is.   We will add it to this list.

Movie on TV in lodge: “Leave No Trace” filmed partially at Squaw Mountain Ranch -- 7:00 p.m.

Games/puzzles at other end of lodge - 7:00 p.m.

Karaoke in the Full Moon Saloon (dancing) 8:00 p.m. until ?

Saturday, March 30th

Breakfast in Sunshine Café 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Water Volleyball 1:00 p.m. in pool

Sunrovers Meeting 1:45 p.m. in lodge

Sunrovers open wine/cheese/hors d’oeuvres event 2:30 p.m. in lodge – all invited! Bring alcoholic/non-alcoholic drink and cheese/hors d’oeuvres to share! 

Dinner at the Sunshine Café - 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.

All items are gluten free, except bread pudding. A gluten-free bread pudding MAY be available.

Breakfast in Sunshine Café 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

AANR-NW library/archive open from 11:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. hosted by regional Historian Mike Parker

Leftovers (?) potluck 5:00 p.m. in lodge for those remaining.

All others have a safe trip home!
